Attention Watchmen! Gates of Summer is coming up very quickly. (Friday-Sunday April 17-19)
If you haven't pre-registered, then do so.
There will be a second site cleanup March 21.
At the event, we will be running the Friday Night Battles and Sunday battles, so I need you there all weekend to do so.
Also I would like to have our ceremony on FRIDAY night. If this is a problem please let me know ASAP.
There will be a mandatory lieutenant’s meeting in the next two weeks, probably on a Sunday after battle.
Voting for watch-lings will need to be finalized in the next two weeks as well.
Remember everyone must have a set of dress blacks and a hood. I also have Raven shield prints and sashes if you still need them.
If you have any questions please call me.

This Sat. (March 21) we will be hauling hay to Earl's place for Gates. We will be meeting at 11:45 in Pleasant Hill to pick up the hay. If you are planning to come, call me immediately.

I will be making it later in the afternoon, so I would count me out for picking up the hay.

I will talk to Skeith about getting mod privies. I know Crimson checks the boards but I don't know he actually mods the boards.

Sat. night we will have a Night's Watch pot-luck for dinner. So, I need everybody to decide what they are going to bring. Things to bring could include: Ham, a deli roasted chicken, various other dead animals, etc. Bread, cheese, etc. fruit, and other things that grew out of the ground. Drinks? Desert?
I recommend that everything be fairly easy to prepare because we won't have much time to cook dinner. Also, remember that you need to bring enough of whatever it is for about 15 people.
By the way, if you want to eat dinner with us, you need to bring something. Post here so we know who is bringing what.
I'm going to make a soup.
I think Devlin is going to bring bread
Tulkus and Konig are going to bring some meat.
P.S. just a reminder that Night's Watch camp has a closed bottle policy because we are trying to be a family friendly camp. No alcoholic drinks open in camp. If you want to brinks alcohol, then keep it closed in your tent until the party in the Grove Sat. night. Thanks
