Us evil folk were thinking about clearing out our site on the 2nd of May. Would this be a possible date?

I would like to point out, The Bardic Comp is being held in the Sacred Grove during the Dry party. Drinks must be left at the entrance. Drunken asshatery will be escorted out. Drunken arses will be escorted into the creek via the 10foot really big first step.
Courtesy patrol will be friday and saturday from 7 until I deem it all clear. At any time if you feel you need assitance in a security like manor, I am available the from friday until sunday 24hr a day. I would like to hav eenough CPers to have 3 2hr shifts with a double CP during hte middle shift.
I would repsectgully like to as for vollunteers for both courtesy patrol and the dry party after bardic.
CP shifts
Friday adn saturday both
7 - 9
9-11 double patrol
12-close.
If I can get enough vollunteers, I would love to have either more double patrols, or more short shifts.
Reach me on here, the midwest boards, myspace, my facebook, the Fallen Clan facebook, Ravenwoods facebook, or ravenwood(at)dagorhir.com I am sure it will get forwarded to me from there.
For The dry party, I would love to have more entertainers. a few of my planned entertainers had to bail out on me. Anything you think people would like to see or participate in, that you can help with, let me know.

So when was Ravenwood considered a dry camp? Far as now there has been lite/med drinking inside the camp every event. If there was a policy change as a rep of Ravenwood I would have liked to been made aware or was this an executive decision?
The term dry means zero tolerance for alcohol. Which I find a little absurd I can't have a beer legally and chat with my realm-mates and friends.
Honestly the concept of drunk issues are probably going to be lessened severely with 20 and under drinking being cracked down up. The trend is when you hit 21 your desire to drink and get buck wild less.

fomwhat I have been told, from the day I joined Ravenwood, The campsite has a no drinking policy. Of course, it has been pretty lax.
I was told this by Eldrin when he was convincing me to come to Gates/War for the first time.

I was told this by Eldrin when he was convincing me to come to Gates/War for the first time. This is incorrect. I stated within Ravenwood camp we generally drink as if it were a friendly BBQ, maybe some people drinking beers, having drinks to relax etc. However, I said we didn't host heavy drinking WITHIN our camp nor did we host parties. We have drunk people come to our camp, we've always taken them in and visited, and never had any problems. We just didn't want a bunch of drunk people running a muck in camp and continuing their party there.

What does courtesy patrol involve? I'd like to volunteer to pitch in at Gates, to support the event in any way possible.

Courtesy Patrol is basically signing up for a shift to wander around the campsites, ensure that everyone is taking care of their own... we don't have stumbling drunks who are lost in the woods and have no friends to take them back to camp It's also to ensure that anyone carrying live steel has it peace bound... we don't need anyone getting impaled.

Depending on the night I'd be willing to take on a shift of courtesy patrol. I plan on having drinks sparingly at this event. More than likely partaking on saturday so maybe a friday shift would be good if unit stuff isn't in the way.
