Here's what I got, any ideas are welcome.
1. The Overlords word is final 2. No head hits 3. When an Overlord says “Fighters, to the field” and it’s a game you want to play, you get there. 4. Once you come to a practice, if you have a problem with someone, you leave that off the field. 5. Relem Mom’s word is final! So if an Overlord says “That’s a kill!” if Relem Mom says “No kill.” It’s not a kill. 6. Please no ball shots, We realize that the quardnation of the players varies, but if at all possible, no ball shots. They hurt then the person who was hit wants revenge, then it get’s messy. 7. Keep everything said PG-13. You know what PG-13 means, you get the idea. This is due to the next rule. 8. Minimum age to join is 9 years old, maximum is 16. 9. On the second half of the year you turn 16 (Half that ends on your birthday, 183 days) you will also go to the main leagues. 10. Armor is invincible agenst all but Arrows, Javelins, and red weapons. 11. Blue weapons = Single had minimum. 12. Red Weapon = Can break armor and shield with 2 hands with 2 hits. 13. Green = Stabbing 14. Yellow = Arrows/Javelin 15. Javelins can be used as spears until thrown, then it can be pick up if said person is in the general area of the landing.

You say an Overlord's word is final, and then say that another person can over-rule them. It can't be both of those. And armor is invincible? Why would you make this a rule? I don't think you're going to have too many kids running around who can afford to arch, and it would actually be better to encourage them to use blues (More control), while this rule does the exact opposite.

Also, it's nothing to do with these rules but could you (If you're going to keep explanation of who Sun Tzu is as part of your name) please spell "Author" correctly? It's very jarring.
