Which reminds me, Whom would I talk to about trying to highjack some land that (as of Gates) was unclaimed.
Coming from the Porta-poopers, just past Ravenwood was a section of trees that no one was using at all. Kinda torwards Krig. Between The growth of the Joplin province, and the RE-opening of the Caravan, it will be alittle crowded. Eldrin and I discussed having two sections, Velkan (joplin), and Einheldor(caravan/springfield). It would all still be Ravenwood, we just need more space.

Oh yea. Provided that all goes well(as in I get a ride up there from my mom and all... or maybe even drive myself by the time it comes) I'd like to tell whoever is running weapons check that I am totally game for helping out. As most of you know, I'm a big guy and a good target for reds and arrows. And as Rhia will remember.... good at finding horribly painful and failing weapons. Though it may not have been peoples fault entirely. They were scary. That is one way I feel I can repay Dominion for holding such awesome events. Is helping be a back at weapons check.

I'll bear that in mind Tormir I'm sure we'll be dishing out responsibilities to people in the very near future. ^-^

-massive grin- Yep. There sure were. And no sweat with the duties Krystal. As you know from hitting me with the red weps, I don't mind duties. Sorry to sorta derail the topic though. Well it's two more months and what, 10 or 11 days?

I think the squares scared me most.. I know they were from a different group, but I kept poking on the corners in my eye and screaming at my husband in fake pain. He finally got my point that they needed to be looked into.

So, are box topped swords not legal up there? I know that several chapters use them, I have yet to handle one. I always wondered why you can't have a pointy tip, but you could have 2.

Okay, so I've been contemplating merchanting at War this year... and I'm wondering how much interest I might gather. Right now I'm trying to push for some more authentic feasting gear (mugs/goblets, wooden plates/bowls, etc) but I'm hesitant on gathering too much merchandise if there's not enough interest. I'm shooting for 5 "sets" of feastware, including a mug/goblet, plate/bowl, and a set of silverware to go along with it. I might even do two "sets" of higher quality stuff including candlesticks & single taper candle holders - maybe some linen napkin type things, etc Right now, I'm mostly interested to see if anyone has a desire for any of these things. Any suggestions for anything else I should/could carry? I'm open to any/all ideas... but if you could PM me any information (so we don't derail this thread) that'd be great

These swords I'm referring to were completely squared off at the top and had 4 90 degree corners. They made me scared. -.-
