tip-toeing around the broken glass staring at the bodies until he found what he was looking for" Sin, what a wonderful name! I have but one more question that can hopefully be answered if you do not mind, How exactly did i come to be here?" He asks taking the trousers from a corpse that seemed to be about his size and putting them on before asking the man drinking a table" may i join you......?"

She cocked her head to the side, looking at the man who had just thrown on a set of trousers. She studied him a moment, before replying to his first question. "That is a very good question, Sir! You were brought here by a dozen pixies, drugged, and pillaged. Then you were left here. Sorry I didn't help, but those pixies looked mean." she gave a firm nod.
The voice in the back of her head pipped in, "Yeah...that's an answer."

Devon grabbed another bottle from beneath the bar, looking it over and then setting it down in front of the other man. He raised his own bottle again and swished the contents around the sides before taking another long drink.
“Suit yourself, and your lady friend may as well join us provided she can behave. For what it’s worth, I wonder how it occurred that this place came to be littered with bodies. Any thoughts?”
Devon felt the fighter in his rise at the mention of injustice done and murder committed, but the cleric in him reminded that murder to avenge murder would not make a right and then the rogue part of him quickly beat them both back down. ‘Why spoil the perfect chance to profit?’ it reasoned.

"Thank you..... i did not get your name" He says as he pops the cork of and takes a sip of the just given to him. "A dozen pixies? That is.... interesting. How big were these pixies? because the last thing i remember was sleeping in my tent" He asks curiously. "This my freind is mighty good" he says to the man sittin g at the table with him as he takes a long drink from the bottle.

"I haven't tossed it yet. As for the drink you may thank the barkeep if you find him again."
Devon took another long drink and looked back at the woman the other man addressed. His hands drummed lightly on the side of the bottle. He was beginning to feel the alcohol and his own quirked sense of humor pulling enjoyment from this amusing (or disturbing, whichever tack you choose) situation.
"Yes, how large were these creatures, and what did they do with him again?"

Cinnamara climbed ontop of the table, stretching her arms out wide. "they were EXTREMELY! Large pixies! And they carried him out of his tent! And stripped him bare! AND THEN they carried him here! And....they caused...this mess." she motioned to the dozen or so dead bodies strewn about the floor of the tavern.

"Indeed, they must have been..."
Devon took another long drink, resisting the temptation to take advantage in her change of elevation and leaning closer to the other man.
"I say we hide the rest of the spirits. She seems to have had enough." he whispered.

"Sounds like a plan, my names Ephraim by the way" he whispered back before taking a long drink from the bottle, pondering how he would get back to his camp. "You wouldn't have happened to see from which direction they brought me from would?" he asked the girl now standing on the table in front of him

"They came a-many from the direction that-a-way!" she said, pointing north and south at the same time. "And brought you here. I am terribly sorry. These monsters are terrible for doing such acts." she stomped her foot on the table and then jumped down from the table, landing with a soft "thud". She looked around. "What an awful mess in here. I wonder, who did this? For I have not see anyone."

"You know, now that I think of it that might be what woke me up. I'll have to use more laudanum in my absinthe next time..." Devon muttered, to anyone who cared to listen. He stood and tossed his bottle back again, wobbling just a mite on his feet. For a man of his considerable frame Devon might make quite a racket himself should he fall, but as he tottered back to the stairs it seemed likely he would not. He was disturbingly quiet on his feet for a man his size as well. He turned as he mounted the stairs. "I'll to my bed again. If more faeries decide to make a fuss, send them to me."

"Okay. I can surely do that!" Cinnamara said perkily, jumping down from where she was standing. She made her move, walking towards the door. "I'll be off! There's a big world out there, and lots of erm...fun to be had!"

Cinnamara paused outside the tavern door, digging into her pocket, producing the now glowing-hot orb. It had been sated, and now it glowed bright. She chuckled to herself as she tossed it up and down in her hand, studying it. So she had done what the shadowy man had wanted, and now the question is what was she to do with it?
