To the Dominion Council,
Next Council meeting I would like to say a few things about the event as it has passed and we look back on it. When we look back on our accomplishments, it is always a mark of wisdom when one attempts to better themselves, that we as the core of Dominion are striving for excellence in the events that we host. I would encourage anyone else with feedback on how things went to speak and praise that which was done well and provide ideas for improvement if they so wish as the work is never done and we as Dagorhirrim are always striving to better ourselves. Until then, excellent job everyone, I am very proud to have fought by your sides (on and off the field as we say) to make this event the best (and by FAR the biggest) we have ever had! Sincerely,
Squire Deverbero

Though not Dominion. I do have one suggestion , and I ma suprised it has to be made. Probably one of those "Wow... who let THAT slip through!" things...
I noticed in my trail wonders many more porta-poty spots, spread out in a more efecient pattern. Thankl you, that helped late night runs MUCH shorter. But, even after nearly clearing 200 people, the one poinbt in hte whole property where the most people gather for the longest time, had only one prota-potty. The lines at the P-a-P by the field were 15people long at points. I saw probably 20 guys say F-it and walk over to the woods near the waterhose and drag out thier own hose. Also, becasue there was just the one P-a-P, the TP in that one was gone within the first few hours. Two P-a-P's would make the TP last a much longer time.
My only other thought involves the slip-n-slides er...trails.... going down to the creek/bridge. Have you put thought to buying maybe 20 T-posts and 100ft of rope? drive them into the ground 10 on each side of the bridge, on one side of hte trail (so the tractor can still get by). Then tying hte rope to every pole, thus making a railing people can use to help navigate the slopes.

Genius idea Orrin, that slope was a sucking mess to go up OR down...(I loved the Lil' green silt/trip fence on the slope next to the heavily eroded path that just "falls off" into the creek, )...hopefully no one "fell off"? But the rope and posts would be sooooo nice next time, so I second that opinion!
