I moved and my PC broke so I'm doing what I can to share. I started work on a buckler a while back to use with my naginata. I wanted to try a totally plastidip shield. I've play tested it a few times now and everyone is happy with the way it looks and plays on the field. The theme is Chaos and Mordor since that's what Skeith's influences are. I did a star of chaos on the face of the shield. I also used a ball top as a shield boss, made to look like the eye of Sauron. Which I then "socketed" onto the star. Hope you like it. (as always sorry for the webcam pics, my digi cam won't work)

Honestly this looks so awesome, I'm going to have to start hating you now...LMAO Seriously though I'm trying to talk a few of the Iron Wolves into trying out fully plasti-dipped swords, and see how they hit, I'm starting to think this might be the cover of the future....

I think cloth helps with the slap. Try the striking surface with cloth first.

I'll say here how much I freakin' LOVED that combo last Tuesday. That axe was such a gnarly pain in the arse to fight against, but they're even more gorgeous in person.
