Just wondering about some things for the fastly-approaching event...
We have a kid(16) in our group is will be attending, and his dad is bringing him. Dad doesn't participate, will he need to be in garb to watch battles or attend the feast? We can get him in garb if need be. He will be strictly noncom, so we're not sure what to do about garb requirements.
Also, what's being served at the feast?
Do we need to bring our own feasting plates, utensils, ect.?
Will the campsites be mapped out when we get there?
Any info would be great. Thanks, all

Hey Eluria! Thanks for the questions, so here's my best answers on each and you can feel free to call if you need more information(I'll PM you my number):
Garb requirements are for everyone as it is a roleplay oriented event. So yea, garb is required. It doesn't have to be anything special, heck scrubs make for one heckuva loaner garb.
Feast isn't set in stone, but the basics is: Smoked Brisket Potatoes(not entirely sure on method of production yet) Grilled veggies Bread and Cheese platters Cake for dessert
No, you don't NEED to bring feastware, but definitely feel free to if you like. There will be the paper variety provided, however.
Campsites are not mapped out(other than mine, I'm special.. well really I just have to have one out of the way and easy access to troll, etc for me). They are first come first serve, though if you are with a unit, you can always camp with them. This event is supposed to have a mercenary kind of feel and with that in mind, I can't tell you where to camp. Maybe next year, when people have figured out the campsites that work for them, they can stake land, but not yet.
Hope that answers your questions thanks!

Thanks, Rhia.
Found out yesterday the Dad in question isn't going this trip, so I don't have to worry about last minute garb now, Yea!
