Alright, time for the next one of these. I want to know about your homelands before you came to the Watch. Even if its about your city you were raised in, the geography surrounding it, ect.
This time I want a minimum of at least 5 well written sentences. Just try to imagine in your thoughts what it would look like and try to be descriptive in what it would look like. Again this is helping me with the Tome of Ravens.

I lived north of the wall, snow and forrests. I lived at the edge of the frostfangs because it was already a natral barier that gave many caves and rocky outcropings to live in or build from. Water was plentiful from snowmelt and game was easy to track because of the snow. But the warewoods watching me always set my mind at ease.

I was born in the great abyss. No scenery to speak of, just darkness. When in the mortal plain I lived most of my youth on a small farm north of the wall where cows were raised and wheat was grown.

My description of the North, beyond the Wall, after I am one of the Free Folk. Though the north is a fearful place, filled with the walking dead and fearsouly protected by its own self. Vast mountains and milky waters ruled over the west while forests of trees and deep snows held the east. And its cold too, sometimes colder, so cold the snow itself would come to life and walk the earth with its deep blue eyes. We were a nomadic tribe, so we always picked up and moved at a moments notice.

My homeland? I lived in a village some ways north and east of Dominion lands. The hillocks and forest around my village kept invaders and aberrations at bay. I remember what it was like to grow up there in simpler times. The rolling hills and fields, the great old forests, wandering streams passed through several of the larger tracts of land. The water wasn't as clean as what most Dominion folk are used to, but we made it work. The colors I see in my dreams sometimes, green and vibrant in the summer, orange and gold in the fall, bright pure white in the winter, dull grey and argent in the spring. It was a quiet place, a tad grim at times, but it was my home. The village I came from now no longer exists, destroyed from within.

i was born and raised in the city of dominion, and grew up in a rundown part of town. my house was old and drafty and the roof leaked but it was home, and any who live in such a grand city whern't to bad off. life was good until the day my parents died and i was kicked to the understreets where i lived in whatever i could find and prayed that some one bigger than i wouldn't take it from me. their was a foul smell constently lingered, black grime oozed up from the bricks and i got to see the dark side of dominion a sespool of thefs murderers and rapists the way the high born people treet a homeless child from the understreets was dispickable. this is what drove me to theft and the accidental murder that got me sent to the wall.
